Rosenthal meets Versace Dinnerware

Dedalo

The Greek meander band motif is a distinctive element that finds repeated application on many Versace products. The motif is interpreted here in a modern form under the motto: “past meets present”. The antique-classical meander band décor continues in Dinnerware and exclusive Giftware such as vases, bowls, candlesticks and wall plates by “Rosenthal meets Versace.” Each is unusually modern and contemporary in form and set an elegant contrast to the décor. The “Dedalo” collection will set new standards with this exciting combination of the past and modern today in its luxurious, opulent interpretation.

The head of Medusa, the emblem of the Versace collection, make this collection. The world of Versace brings lavish accents to modern times. The Cereal Bowl in this series measures 9 inches and comes in a Versace giftbox.

The new “Vanity” Rosenthal Versace collection, which is crafted using the line’s elegant “Ikarus” form is a “must have” opulent design for Versace collectors. “Vanity’s” complex baroque design, evocative of the delicate inlay work of baroque-style varnished furniture, features hues of dark blue and gold that come alive in a complete place setting and the collection’s brilliantly designed vases and other exclusive gift items. The new “Vanity” collection includes shimmering titanium-finished candlesticks, designed to further underscore the collection’s authentic Versace style.

Flower Fantasy: Springtime Feelings in Shining Colours

Brilliant colours once again take center stage in the new Rosenthal meets Versace collection “Flower Fantasy” this year. Sophistication, elegance and lightness merge in a harmonious floral juxtaposition with alternating shades of delicate green.

Nature dictates the decorative interplay: A joyful awakening of meadow herbs and sweet scented flowers, where freesias, lilies of the valley, pansies and lucky four-leaf clovers interweave in a subtle design. The design is derived from one of the Italian fashion company’s archival prints.

The decoration, in dreamy tones of red, pink and lilac, is embellished by Versace’s classic geometric motif in a deep shade of grass-green set off by a precious gold thread. The exuberance of the “Flower Fantasy” dinner service evokes the romantic and festive mood of spring, equally appropriate for a grand table setting or a romantic dinner for two.

Marco Polo’s Journey

The new Rosenthal meets Versace Collection Marco Polo’s Journey – a new edition of the sophisticated décor dating back to 1993 - kindles both a desire to travel and wanderlust. Once again, one of the successful Versace décors from the historical archives lends an expressiveness to a dinner set which harmonises perfectly with the new fusion dining philosophy. The artistic interpretation of the original décor results in a new freshness and attractiveness. It symbolises a wonderful journey through atmospheric magical landscapes with birds of paradise, camels and peacocks. The backgrounds coloured in jade green and orange are accentuated by swabs of gold and blue.
