I tried to order bread plates and salad plates together but was unable because of my misunderstanding of your web order page instructions which made me log in to completer order. Therefore I was unable to order both together. I had to make two separate orders. I tried to take advanatage of your black Friday special with free shipping . I was able to on first order but was unable to do so on second order. It irritated me that you advertised free shipping during this time period but thatit was not available on the shopping cart forced second order to completer mine Rosenthal orders on the same day. The shopping cart indicated free shipping was available on second order but at checkout was not available. I really like the Rosenthal dishes but was dismayed by "no free shipping as advertised without code" on second order same day". ROSENTHAL RESPONSE: Dear Judith, we are deeply sorry for any inconvenience you experienced with our shop. We just refunded the shipping charge of your 2nd order.
