Service was fine. I would like to comment on a non-shipment from your company. I had tried to ship two plates for this same wedding. The registry web-site was unclear and when I called Rosenthal directly they were particularly pleasant and helpful. In the end the [plates were not available and I was not charged for them. The service I received was intelligent and kind. I appreciated doing business with your company. I regret I do not remember the name of the person who helped me (David?) but he was courteous and extremely helpful. Thank you for a very pleasant experience.
