How do I return an item?
Return Terms & Conditions:
- Merchandise must be returned within 20 business days of receipt.

All merchandise must be returned unused and in its original packaging.
- Rosenthal USA is NOT responsible for breakage or damage during transit.
- Please fill out the return packing slip and use the return label provided.
- Customer is responsible for freight. Suggestion: Use UPS shipping insurance.

In case of damaged or incorrect merchandise received, please call Rosenthal USA Customer Service within 10 business days of receipt to report & receive instructions.
